A perfect balmy day greeted Nicky & Joe for their wedding day at Mollymook Beach on the South Coast. This was always going to be a fun wedding full of love & laughter & it didn't disappoint. Nicky looked so beautiful in a gown that was meant just for her & Joe was definitely handsome & dashing. As Nicky walked down towards Joe, on the arm of her Son, I could see through my lens how emotional she was. I turned to look at Joe, who was near his Son, & the instant he saw Nicky his emotion welled up. After the ceremony we went to the Bogey Hole for photos, it was with nervous trepidation that I watched the bridal party laughing as they clambered across rocks! The wedding cake was unique, a cheese wheel which looked fabulous. The haka was led by Joe's brother & performed with passion & emotion by all, a stirring & emotional highlight of Joe & Nicky's wedding. I am so grateful that you guys chose to trust me with your day. Congratulations to Mr Joe & Mrs Nicky Te Maipi.
Testimonial - You're such an amazing photographer Sandy! You have captured our love, our laughter & the bond our families & bridal party have. Thank you just doesn't sound like a strong enough word. Your daily weather reports leading up to the wedding and the countdown to the wedding was fantastic. You go above & beyond Sandy & for that we will always be grateful. Nicky & Joe.
A perfect spring day greeted Natalie & Barry when they wed at Coolangatta Estate on the South Coast. Earlier as Natalie was getting ready, surrounded by bridesmaids, family, children & toddlers, she exuded a sense of tranquility & calm. A smiling Natalie, stunning in her ivory gown, walked towards her handsome groom Barry & then they pledged their love for each other surrounded by family & friends. After the congratulations we went off for photos & the sky put on some dramatic cloud formations for us as a backdrop. The ceremony was followed by much festivity & celebration & I loved the wedding cake!. Thank you both for having me as your photographer. Congratulations Mr Barry & Mrs Natalie Johnson.
Testimonial - We absolutely love all the photos. You are so talented Sandy. Natalie & Barry
The Southern Highlands provided beautiful weather for Jess & Tom's wedding day. As Jess was getting ready, the fur babies made sure that they didn't miss out on being part of the day! The wind played a part in arranging Jess's veil & dress in some great combinations! Jess looked absolutely stunning as she walked down, on her dad's arm, to meet her handsome Tom. It didn't faze Jess in the least that her gown was getting browner & browner as we walked along the dirt road. The photos were worth the dirt! I was also pleased that we didn't stumble across any snakes as we walked through the bush taking photos! The reception area was styled elegantly & looked fabulous. Thank you both for choosing me to be a part of your day. Congratulations Mr Tom & Mrs Jess Cannan.
Testimonial - Sandy did an amazing job photographing our perfect wedding day. She listened to exactly what we wanted & has given us wonderful memories that we will have for the rest of our lives. We couldn't be any happier with everything Sandy has done for us & we will definitely be using Sandy's amazing skills for our future endeavours. Jess & Tom
It was a wet and windy day and the wedding was to take place outside but just before Vanessa was due to walk towards her handsome future husband, Matt, it stopped! A perfect ceremony followed and the festivities continued on into the night.
I was fortunate to be assisting Thomas Stewart at this wedding and a big thank you to Vanessa and Matt also.
The South Coast put on a stunning day for Emma and Harley. They had chosen to get married in the beautiful park at Burrill Lake.
Harley was standing under the tree watching his bride walk towards him, so much emotion played across his face. Emma looked so beautiful and relaxed as she calmly made her way across the park towards her future husband, both surrounded by their children. What a joyous day it was.
A summer wedding for Tash & Troy & the temperature reached nearly 40.
Poor Tash had broken her foot a week before the wedding. The bride took it all in her stride & gracefully made her way to her future husband with a crutch under one arm and her father helping her on the other side.
Tash was absolutely radiant, a stunningly beautiful bride with a serene smile that never left her face. Troy looked like he was the happiest man alive as he gently lifted Tash's veil for their first marital kiss. Whiskey, the 4 legged family member, was front & center for the ceremony.
"My husband and I used Sandy for our wedding photos. The photos were absolutely gorgeous and beyond anything we could have imagined. Her passion to give us the best memories was amazing! The whole experience was easy, smooth and enjoyable." Tash & Troy.
